Q: Does this product comply with/adhere to WHO/FDA/CDC standards and recommendations?
A: Yes. This product is formulated in accordance with World Heath Organization and US Food and Drug Administration recommendations. Our formula follows the CDC's recommendations for the use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers with greater than 70% isopropanol (when using isopropyl alcohol rather than ethanol).

Q: What is the chemical content?
A: The active ingredient is Isopropyl alcohol (75% by volume). Inactive ingredients are glycerin, hydrogen peroxide, and purified water USP. See Product Spec Sheet.
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum order size?
Q: What is the lead time on the product?
A: Lead time is approximately 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Q: What is the Country of Origin?
Q: Do you have any other sizes/volumes?
A: Right now, 1L is our standard size, though we will likely be producing smaller sizes in the near future.
Q: Is this gel or liquid based?
A: Right now, this product is liquid based per the formulation recommended by the FDA and WHO in response to the COVID-19 crisis. The chemicals for gel bases are in high demand and short supply, but we are working to introduce gel solutions in the near future.
Q: Why is your product so expensive?
A: We are manufacturing this product in-house in order to meet the critical demand for this type of product among our government customers. This means that we don’t have the same price breaks and system efficiencies as a large manufacturer. We are also producing our product at a higher alcohol content than some competing products in order to meet the recommendations issued by the World Health Organization in relation to the Coronavirus pandemic.
To give an idea on our cost breakdown:
We are using an almost exclusively manual process. This process includes the following tasks:
• Packaging & Shipping
In addition, Isopropyl Alcohol cost per barrel is extremely high due to increased demand from every hand sanitizer manufacturer and now distillers and other small businesses making hand sanitizer.
We have also made significant investments in drums, bottle fillers, a water distiller, pumps, bottles and labels, learning and implementing FDA and WHO guidelines, training, etc.
Q: What does Industrial Grade mean?
A: We are classifying this product as Industrial Grade due to its high alcohol content and its wide application. For example, as it is liquid rather than gel based, it can be used in both medical facilities as well as offices and warehouses, safe for sanitizing hands but also solid surfaces such as lab tables, hard hats, tools, door handles, etc.
