Preprinted 5S Hang Tags are used within the 5S/6S methodology to facilitate the various steps in the process: Sort Set in Order Shine Standardize Sustain and more recently Safety. 5S red tags are designed for Sorting and Setting in Order during the 5S/6S process. Preprinted information is standardized on sturdy hang tag cardstock that is pre-strung with 12" of cotton twine. Reinforced holes bold color and a smooth smear-resistant surface deliver a high level of performance. Surface is easy to write on with common marking tools. Vibrant color-coded warehouse tags allow workers to easily identify items at a glance. Red tags are used specifically to quickly inspect items and sort them into categories such as repair or removal so work spaces can quickly be cleared. Convenient packaging doubles as a dispenser.
