When Customers experience a networking issue or problem they call the Support Services Partner for a speedy resolution.
Juniper Support Services Partners possess a Network Operations Center (NOC) and/or a Security Operations Center (SOC) have deep technical resources local knowledge and resources with the technical expertise and dedication to drive excellence for all Customer networking solutions. Support Services Partners are required to make a significant investment in service infrastructure people process tools certifications and education.
The strengths and value of the Juniper Support Services Partners includes but is not limited to:
- Multi-vendor/Multi product Support
- Experts in Compliance and Risk Mitigation
- Local parts to enhance Service Levels
- Asset tracking and management
