Start-up visit includes*:

• Rack-mounting installation** heat-rejection duct connection hardware and software settings functional testing and final report with all documentation
• The configuration and connectivity test of the Thermal unit to the Building Management System (if included).
• Includes parts and labour coverage for repair of manufacturing defects found during Start-Up.
• Customer debriefing on the present working mode of the unit and the basic operations to be performed on the unit.

*All details (including prerequisites and exclusions) of the specific service are included in the related Service Program
** Customer must provide appropriate mounting hardware as required and confirm all preparatory activities have been completed (civil works)
